The discussion on balance would not be complete without following the course of several patients in different application areas and reviewing the elements and processes of hemostasis that are evident in each. We present here applications that present particular challenges to clinicians, but which can be readily diagnosed using TEG tools, including the TEG technology and treatment protocols.
